2024 Update: Huge new project underway
/The 2021 Metal Arts tournament in Stia inspired a new project that has consumed the past few years. As I’ve always been searching for a synthesis of the seemingly 3 distinct aspects of my work, I finally found a promising project in a philosophically based documentary series on blacksmith artists. I will be able to explore important perspectives on WORK, ART, PHILOSOPHY, and TECHNOLOGY, just to name a few. Each episode will take up a different subject and artist/craftsperson. We have been shooting since the Winter of 2021/22; beginning in Birmingham and then traveling to California (CBA) , Montana, Mobile, and Italy.
