Like many, I didn’t grow up thinking of becoming an artist or philosopher, but over time I found certain tools and techniques to approach conversations worth having: Writing, philosophical inquiry, photography, painting, sketching, and of course, the hammer. These are all essays, attempts, methods of productively taking part in community and culture.
